At ALPAKA MUZIK, all products are made on demand specifically for each order. This allows us to reduce overproduction and create exclusive merchandise in limited quantities.
Because of the nature of Print on Demand production, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as:

Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Since all orders are fulfilled through our print and production partners, refunds or replacements are subject to review and approval by the fulfillment provider. Once the issue is confirmed, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
