How does shipping work?
At ALPAKA MUZIK, all products are made using a Print on Demand model. This means every item is produced specifically for your order once the purchase is completed.
Because of this process:

Orders first go through production and fulfillment

Then they are packaged and shipped from one of our worldwide fulfillment facilities
This approach helps reduce overproduction and allows us to create limited underground merchandise more sustainably.
Order Fulfillment Time
Please allow 2–7 business days for production and fulfillment before your order ships.
Once your package has been shipped, delivery times depend on your location.

Where will my order ship from?
We work with global Print on Demand fulfillment partners with production facilities in multiple countries worldwide.
Your order may ship from the facility closest to your location in order to improve delivery efficiency and reduce shipping times whenever possible.
My order should already be here, but I still haven’t received it
Before contacting us, please make sure to:

Package theft and delivery issues can occasionally happen. If you know you won’t be available to receive your order, we recommend using a secure delivery address whenever possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect shipping address during checkout and the order has already gone into production or shipment, we may not be able to modify it.
In some cases, a replacement order can be arranged, but additional production and shipping costs may apply.
